Fine Tuning
A Thompson Method Breastfeeding Fine Tuning session is a one on one consultation with Penny your local Thompson Method Practitioner.
A Fine Tuning session is for you if:
- you have given birth within the last 4 weeks
- you have some pain when breastfeeding
- you had a nature birth without intervention, complication or administration of medications.
- you baby had an APGAR of 7 or above at birth
This is a single consultation for 45mins where Penny observes a full breastfeed and offers suggestion to improve face to breast symmetry through fine tuning.
Also included is access to the Thompson Method Breastfeeding Program, with lifetime access to all of the education so that you can feel empowered to make informed decisions in the future and exclusive access to the Breastfeeding Club on Facebookwith 24/7 support from the Thompson Method's team.
Women report after one fine tuning session a rapid imporovement in nipple pain, some even report no pain!!
1:1 Breastfeeding Consultation
A Thompson Method Breastfeeding Rescue is a private one on one consultation with Penny, and is proven to help you relieve physical, mental or emotional pain so that you can continue on your breastfeeding journey.
A breastfeeding rescue is for you if:
- you feel like giving up but dont want to.
- you're experiencing painful nipples
- you've tried other lactation support serives without success.
- You're not ready to "be done" breastfeeding yet.
- Your baby is crying and unsettled and you dont know what to do.
- You've been pumping day and night to try to increase your milk volume.
- You need gentle one on one support and guidence,
- You'd like your own unique plan so you can continue breastfeeding.
- You want to transition from using a nipple shield back to the breast.
- You want to continue to bond with your baby for many more months to come.
A breastfeeding resuce will support you to be the unique mother you were innatly born to be... You will be allowed to trust your maternal instincts and care for your beautiful baby.

A breastfeeding rescue is a private 1:1 consultation with Penny for approximatly 90 minute with a deatiled history taken to ensure that you and your unique situation is assisted in the best way possible for you and your baby.
14 days of ongoing support from Penny via phone, text or video calls.
A complementary follow up 45 minute consulation within 14 days of your initial session is included to review any challenges and make any necessary adjustments going forward.
